Weekly Grounds Care for a Diplomatic Mission, Cantonments
A diplomatic mission in Cantonments moved its grounds onto our weekly programme — one vetted crew, a fixed visit day, and a photo report after every visit, so the compound reads immaculate from the gate inward every day of the year.
Weekly Grounds Care for a Diplomatic Mission, Cantonments
The grounds of a diplomatic compound are seen before anyone inside says a word, so the brief was straightforward: the lawns, hedges and approach must look right every day — not just before events. We agreed a fixed weekly visit with a small, consistent, vetted crew, so the same faces arrive at the gate each week and security clearance never becomes a bottleneck.
Each visit covers mowing to a set height, edging along the drive and walkways, hedge shaping, and a walk-through for pests and bare patches before they spread. During the rainy months we tighten the mowing cycle; in the dry season the focus shifts to watering discipline and keeping the turf alive rather than cutting it back. After every visit, the facilities contact receives a photo report — no chasing, no guessing whether the crew came.
