Before we took over, each building in the park handled its own gardener, and the frontages showed it — sharp lawn here, seeded-out patch next door. The managing agents wanted one standard across the whole estate, priced clearly and delivered without the facilities team having to supervise anyone.
We set a monthly cycle covering all shared lawns, verges and entrance beds: mowing, edging, fertiliser applications timed to the season, and weed treatment before problems become visible from the road. The crew works early mornings so tenants arrive to finished grounds, not machines. A single photo report goes to the agents after each cycle, building by building.
