A hotel garden has no off-days. Guests photograph it at breakfast, events are staged on it at weekends, and the first impression starts at the drop-off. The brief from the hotel’s operations team was blunt: the grounds must never look “between visits”.
We built the programme around the hotel’s rhythm rather than ours. Core work — mowing, edging, bed maintenance, palm and hedge grooming — happens in the early hours before guests are out. Irrigation checks run through the dry season so the lawns stay green when everything outside the property has browned. Ahead of weddings and functions, the team does an extra pass so the event lawn is at its best on the day it matters.
Photo documentation goes to the operations office after every visit, and the standard is inspected against the same checklist each time. Client references available on request.
